Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) provide an easy, safe,
and effective means of relieving day-to-day stress, as well
as emotional trauma. The use of EFT may also relieve many
physical symptoms of the body, such as pain, nausea,
itching, range-of-motion issues, tiredness, etc.:

How It Works
EFT is a powerful tool that I have taught to students in many
of my classes, for over three years. And I have used EFT
clinically on numerous clients, with at least an 85-90 percent
success rate in lowering or eliminating physical and
emotional trauma. I have also used it very effectively to
eliminate allergies and phobias.

EFT involves light tapping on several major acupressure points of the
head and upper body to relieve energy blockages of the body’s bio-
energy system. The results from this tapping procedure are calming,
releasing, non-invasive, non-cathartic, and totally safe.

Since all trauma to the body includes “some emotional reaction” this
technique
should be tried on everything. Often physical pain is caused (or
aggravated) when our muscles tense in order to "guard" against physical
injury or perceived stress.  EFT can release those muscles and/or relieve
the stress, often causing the pain or emotional trauma to disappear.

Most of my students and clients have been pleasantly surprised, and some
were even amazed, at how easy and effective EFT can be!
